HOW DO WE ASSESS PLAYERS FOR TRIAL OPPORTUNITIES?
Our eight-step scouting and assessment process
1. Talent Discovery
We identify promising unsigned footballers worldwide, focusing on players whose ability, potential and playing experience may suit opportunities with clubs in Europe.
2. Player Evaluation
We review each player’s club history, match footage, highlights and available scouting assessments to understand their strengths, current level and development needs.
3. Profile Distribution
We share suitable player profiles with relevant clubs and contacts in our network, targeting opportunities that align with the player’s position, ability and playing style.
4. Club Feedback and Interest
We gather feedback from club representatives and assess their interest to identify realistic trial opportunities.
5. Clear Communication
We explain the proposed opportunity to the player and, where appropriate, their family, including the assessment format, expectations, costs and potential next steps.
6. Logistics Coordination
We coordinate trial dates, duration, accommodation and applicable travel arrangements so players can prepare with a clear understanding of their schedule.
7. Arrival and Preparation
On arrival, we welcome players, explain their arrangements and help them prepare for the demands of the assessment.
8. Feedback and Next Steps
Following the trial, we review available feedback and provide practical guidance on suitable next steps, including further assessments or areas for development.
Every recommendation reflects the player’s assessed level and the club’s requirements. Trial invitations provide an opportunity to demonstrate ability; selection and contract decisions remain with the assessing club.
