Through the leadership of Kevin Scott and Rodney baro, The primary objective of the UK office is to access talent from across the United Kingdom, recruiting top players into DROOM programs while expanding our scouting network throughout the region. Beyond player recruitment, the London office is focused on developing a range of services in the U.K., including Trials, exposure events, and partnerships with local clubs, aimed at providing European players with opportunities to grow, develop, and connect with trials abroad. This office represents a key step in DROOM's global expansion, allowing us to integrate UK talent into our programs while building the foundation for long-term initiatives that strengthen our presence and influence in European football.

 

 

In the United States, DROOM is officially represented by DROOM SELECT LLC, a subsidiary company that serves as the foundation of our operations across the country. Beyond player recruitment and onboarding, Droom Select Services plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining partnerships with U.S/CANADA. clubs and academies, creating pathways for talented players to access club programs and development opportunities. The company organizes DROOM trials across various regions, maintains a strong presence at MLS Next tournaments and ECNL showcases, and actively engages with Clubs to secure player trials.
