Competitive player evaluation
Beyond the
first impression.
Further Assessment is the next evaluation stage for selected players following a showcase, open trial, or review of their playing profile.
It allows players to be observed over a longer period, helping assess their technical level, tactical understanding, physical readiness, and ability to adjust to different football demands.
This is an assessment in a competitive football environment. It is not a training camp. The host determines the schedule and arrangements, which are confirmed in your individual invitation.

The standard assessment generally runs for 10–14 days and may include 2–3 matches. Exact duration, match opportunities, venues, and training arrangements depend on the host and your confirmed offer.

02. Prepare & confirm
Review the dates, total fees, inclusions, payment deadlines, and terms before confirming your place or booking travel.
03. Attend the assessment
Arrive fit, prepared, and ready to demonstrate your ability in the confirmed football environment.
04. Consider the next step
Possible outcomes include further observation, a club trial recommendation, a re-invitation, or development guidance. Progression depends on performance and available opportunities.

Who is eligible?
Entry is by invitation following profile review or previous evaluation. Age requirements and playing-level expectations are specified for each opportunity.
Where does Further Assessment take place?
The destination depends on the available opportunity and your suitability. Your offer identifies the host location.
What is included in the fee?
Your offer confirms the total fee and any accommodation, meals, local transport, and football activities included. Do not assume flights, insurance, visas, or personal expenses are covered.
Will I receive a professional contract?
Participation does not guarantee selection, a club trial, sponsorship, employment, or a professional contract. Clubs make their own selection and contract decisions.
What if I need to change my travel plans?
Contact DroomSelect before making changes. Review the cancellation, refund, transfer, and travel terms supplied with your invitation before paying or booking.
